Every day is different when working at FE. Your responsibilities will be varied and always include new, exciting challenges. On one side of the position, you will manage and guide your own team. In addition, you will act as a Delivery Lead for clients. This means that you will be responsible for client satisfaction and work strategically to build long-term recruitment processes and HR infrastructure. The position offers global opportunities, providing you with the opportunity to take your expertise outside of Norway.

Talent Acquisition Intern
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support recruitment projects from sourcing to hire, gaining tacit knowledge about the world of tech recruitment every step of the way. We are a team of young professionals and with many of us starting out as students, this part-time role is ideal alongside your studies. Once you graduate, you will have the opportunity to continue full-time as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and further develop professionally.
Talent Acquisition Consultant
You are working with the core of our business: researching candidates. You will create great value for us and we will teach you what we know about recruitment. You will work close with a recruitment team and our clients to make sure that we have the right quality talent in our projects. Your mission is to attract and screen top candidates for our clients.
You are ready to take ownership of your own client portfolio and will act as a project manager & sourcing specialist combined. You will lead recruitment campaigns end-to-end on behalf of our clients, or work embedded with leading tech companies.
You can be an embedded consultant in any development stage at FE, no matter if you are an intern or a manager. In this role, you will work onsite with our clients to design, implement, and lead initiatives that will drive their organizational change from within.
You have shown that you have great project manager capabilities, and the ability to inspire, mentor and lead others. You are a subject matter expert within recruitment methodology. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects, processes and teams for high quality results.
Recruitment Managers are leading the day-to-day operations in our branch offices. In addition to leading your own team of recruiters, you will be leading a client team as well and function as a delivery lead to ensure client satisfaction, quality, good communication, and project management.
You have reached level 10 in the FE recruitment game. We want you to come onboard as a partner. Regardless of role, you have the opportunity to get equity stake in FE.
