Talent Acquisition Intern
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support recruitment projects from sourcing to hire, gaining tacit knowledge about the world of tech recruitment every step of the way. We are a team of young professionals and with many of us starting out as students, this part-time role is ideal alongside your studies. Once you graduate, you will have the opportunity to continue full-time as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and further develop professionally.
Talent Acquisition Consultant
You are working with the core of our business: researching candidates. You will create great value for us and we will teach you what we know about recruitment. You will work close with a recruitment team and our clients to make sure that we have the right quality talent in our projects. Your mission is to attract and screen top candidates for our clients.
You are ready to take ownership to your own client portfolio and will act as a Project manager & sourcing specialist combined. You will lead recruitment campaigns end-to-end on behalf of our clients, or work onsite with leading tech companies.
You have shown that you have great project manager capabilities, and the ability to inspire, mentor and lead others. You are a subject matter expert within recruitment methodology. Responsible to drive projects, processes and teams with high quality.
Recruitment Managers are leading the day-to-day operations onsite in our branch offices. They are working both commercially and hands-on as Recruitment Specialists in project delivery.
On top of that, you can become Head of Assessment or Head of Sourcing.
You have reached level 10 in the FE recruitment game. We want you to come onboard as a partner. Regardless of role, you have the opportunity to get equity stake in First Engineers.
