The match between candidate and company is at the core of the FE Recruitment Method. We use a data-driven and scientific methodology for assessing compatibility. Putting a lot of effort into understanding your technical and motivational profile, we are able to draw a clear picture of your compatibility with company, team and position. We are just as much your recruiter as of our clients and prioritise a positive experience for you every step of the way.
The FE Process
After you submitted your application, we will review your CV. If you are a potential match with the role, we will set up a call to get to know you better.
As a next step we will introduce you to the company's representative. You can get to know each other and they will explain the role and company culture to you.
Prior to the interview, you will receive ability and personality tests as well as a case. This is to verify your compatibility with the company culture and position.
As the second to last step, we will get in contact with the references you have provided us. This is a mere formality to clarify any last questions we might have.
Congratulations! Both you and the company would like to enter a work relationship. We will send you an offer and assist you throughout the signing process.

This tool enables external interviewers to follow a methodology based on 70 years of meta research. It provides a quantitative basis for a match comparison between candidate and employer. It offers the opportunity to evaluate your skill set, abilities, and personality in an objective manner, allowing us to match you with the perfect career fit.
